You asked for more… so here we go again! All Things Handstands – Episode 2 is back and ready to get you upside down.
I learned handstands as an adult with zero gymnastics background. My journey started through yoga — where I fell in love with the freedom of playing upside down. For me, handstands have never been about timing holds or a million drills; they’re about finding movement, flow, and that spark of joy in transition.
In this workshop, we’ll break down the fundamentals of a straight-line handstand — what to feel and where, with a strong focus on safe and efficient shoulder positioning.
We’ll also explore different entries — from split-leg jumps to tucks and pikes — helping you build confidence in whichever approach suits your body and style.
Who’s it for?
Anyone looking to deepen their understanding of handstands and refine their technique. Beginners are welcome — just make sure you can comfortably hold yourself upside down against a wall for around 15 seconds. (Not sure? Message me and we’ll check together!)
Come ready to explore, play, and get curious about your practice — movement, not perfection, is the goal.
